Vintage heavy 18ct Gold Gypsy Star Burst Set Three Stone Diamond Ring

A beautifully made vintage heavy 18ct gold three stone diamond ring in the gypsy set style, hallmarked London 1979. Three bright round cut diamonds sit flush in the broad domed band, each one surrounded by a crisp star cut setting that catches the light. The warm yellow gold has a satisfying weight and solidity at 7.26 grams.

The face measures 18.34mm x 7.27mm, the band tapering from 5.95mm at the front to a comfortable 2.45mm at the rear. Approximate total diamond weight 0.30ct. Lively, bright stones in excellent condition throughout. The broad domed face works particularly well on the index finger.
