We want you to love every piece you choose from Celestine and Opal. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
You are welcome to return your item within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, provided it is returned in its original unworn condition. Please note that layaway items and pieces that have been altered at your request are not eligible for return.
To help us keep our prices as accessible as possible, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
International Returns
For all international returns, please ensure your parcel is clearly marked as "Returned Goods" on the customs declaration. This is essential to avoid unnecessary import duties upon return to the UK. Any customs fees incurred due to incorrect labelling will be deducted from your refund. If you are unsure how to complete the customs form, please get in touch and we will be happy to guide you.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty or not as described, we will cover the cost of return shipping. Please note that any customs charges arising from incorrectly declared parcels remain the responsibility of the buyer.
How to Return
Contact us to request a return authorisation and receive further instructions. Please pack your item securely and we strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service. International parcels must be clearly labelled as "Returned Goods" on the customs form.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days of receiving your returned item.
