VINTAGE 9CT GOLD GATE BRACELET - HEART PADLOCK

Gate bracelets have marked moments for generations. A 21st birthday, an anniversary, a daughter leaving home. This one was hallmarked in London in 1975 and has almost certainly done exactly that for someone.

At 1.6cm wide and 18.6 grams it is a substantial piece, broad enough to wear alone. The articulated panels sit smoothly across the wrist and move well. The heart padlock clasp is original, and both the padlock and jump rings carry the same London 1975 hallmark as the bracelet, consistent throughout.
