EXQUISITE 9 CARAT GOLD GEMSET FLOWER BASKET PENDANT
I adore something a bit different and this gorgeously vibrant basket of gemstone flowers offers just that. The golden intricately woven basket features a rope twist handle that moves and just peeping out are flowers made from three round cut rubies, two sapphires and two white spinel. The detailing on this piece is exquisite. It's fun and just a bit quirky and looks especially grand on a long chain.
I have added a new 9 carat gold 8mm split ring on her to enable you to style her on a larger range of chains.
Measurements - 2.4 cm long from top of handle, width is 1.4 cm
Weight - a chunky 5.4 grams
Hallmarks - assayed for 9ct gold in London 1958.
Makers mark - FM for Fred Manshaw.
Condition - At 66 years old this is in really very good condition. There is a claw tip missing from one of the white spinels, but it is still very very secure in it's setting. It has the tiniest part of age related thinning to the gold fretwork on top of the basket.
