An adorable heart pendant converted from an antique stick pin, featuring one central sapphire in a seed pearl surround. 
Hallmarks - none, tested as 9 carat gold. 
Measurements - 0.7 grams with a drop including the jump ring of 1.4cms. The width is 0.9cms.
Condition - in excellent antique condition with a new 9 carat gold jump ring.
